Rosie's Bio

Rosie is 17 years of age and lives in Ashford, Kent. From the moment Rosie could walk and talk, she has been dancing and singing and has never looked back. When Rosie was 3 years of age, she started Ballet lessons and was involved with their dance shows for about 8 years. This lead Rosie on to Hip-Hop and Modern dancing which, through her own experimentation, she combined with Salsa and Cuban dancing. Although she still loves to dance, she has taken on a new love of Line-Dancing and is taking her Mother with her to lessons to learn a bit more about it. She has been involved in many stage productions with local Amateur Dramatic Groups and this is where her love for singing started. From being on stage and singing non-stop, she became very interested in Opera and for 3-4 years had Classical Voice Training which came in very handy when performing in musicals. In 2006, Rosie found her true voice, something she never expected being only 16. She has been brought up listening to all genres of music, which gives Rosie a small knowledge on different artists and her love for any music around. Rosie's Father is a huge swing , Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett fan and does jump behind the mic occasionally, just to show the world that he can croon. Rosie's Mother is a bit more versatile when it comes to music, singing her Nancy Sinatra and then head-banging to Rosie's small collection of Rock Metal; she's just a fun Mum. Since Rosie has been involved with the Country Circuit, her Brother has been involved with Rosie's equipment and travels along with her to the Country Festivals and Rosie's Gigs to help her out. Without him the show really would be all over the place. Rosie loves to learn about new things and Country Music is one that she is reading or talking about. Since she found her Country Voice, she has had a huge smile on her face and is always singing, (to the extent that Mum and Dad are thinking about sound-proofing the garage). Rosie has a lot of support from her family, friends and new artist's that have seen her. This has given her more confidence and more of a greater outlook on life and what she can achieve. Rosie would love to start touring soon, as she feels that she is ready and she is very sure that this will be her life. When Rosie starts to love something, her heart and soul go into it and this is what she has done and is doing with Country Music.
